HOW HAPPY ARE YOU NOW???

As twenty-first-century kids, we don’t like to be told what to do and what not to do. right??

Nowadays youngsters seem to be so depressed and stressed than elders. what could be the reason for that? on top of my head, I could think of only one reason. we youngsters see life the way the media and cinema shows it to us. More the fantasy more the addiction to it. we see life as a commercial movie where the protagonist would be a superhero who can do anything and everything. sadly unknowingly we desperately want to be that protagonist in our own life. but life is not a movie. when we fail to do so we became depressed. Seriously this generation kids are the slaves of entertainment industries.

Are you living your life for yourself?

Take a moment and ask yourself. How many of us don’t give a damn about social media? absolutely none of us, right?

Social media supposed to be a boon to us. but we changed it upside down now it became a burden to people. every single person on the earth uses social media. some people find happiness in posting their images and for some people “likes” are like oxygen for them. some will post their expensive belongings. there comes a lot of problems. if there are not enough likes as they have expected depression finds its way to them. Another set of people who get depression by seeing those posts and regret about their helpless situations. this is how depression and stress routed into society.

Now think are we living our lives for ourselves or social media?

The idea of depression seems so unacceptable nowadays, if she/he doesn’t have BF/GF then they became depressed, exams then depressions, mark then depressions, scolded by parents then depressions. they find depression in every single thing. The reason for all these is a lack of confidence, lack of self-belief, lack of self-control, lack of thinking. again these all the products of our believe in fake fantasy. Because life doesn’t come with a perfect ending climax as movies do. nowadays movies are everything. we follow what they do in the film but for real those people don’t and won’t do what they do in the movie because those are impossible things to do on their own without cameras, CGI animation. they knew that but the ordinary people, so-called fans of them are still under ignorance. we forgot to talk to our souls, we forgot to hear out what our souls talk to us. we are constantly running behind the limelight.

For me, celebrities and stars are farmers, scientists, teachers, doctors, social workers, motivational speakers. the people who entertain us via media are entertainers not celebrities or not stars. not all the multi-millionaires are celebrities. yes, media people have more money but that is not the only criterion to be a celebrity. they entertain us and get paid more than enough for that. what is there in celebrating them? for me there is nothing. we forgot to celebrate scientists who are deliberately working day and night to find out that method to destroy that cancer. we forgot to celebrate teachers who are the sculptor of the future INDIA. we forgot to celebrate doctors. we forgot to celebrate farmers and so many people have been forgotten by us. Everybody earns money from their works but some professions are worth giving money for.

I think we have been following the wrong group of people for so long. we try to become like one of them. ended up in depression and stress.

SO HOW HAPPY ARE YOU NOW??? Eliminate every fake materialist thing from your life.and think HOW HAPPY YOU COULD BE?

Just turn off the lights, lay down, close your eyes and think…

Did we anywhere really appreciate the cute little things that our parents did for us. think what happiness is?

we are all being so unsatisfied with our lives all the time. we have always in the need of something. we never find happiness if we search for happiness.
I want to share about one person.
Aisha Chaudhary, some of you might know her and some might not. she passed away in 2015 at the age of 18. The reason was pulmonary fibrosis.
Despite her problems, she had enjoyed her life to the fullest. She was a bundle of joy. At a very young age, she had found out the meaning of life. what is a real satisfaction to the soul?

she wrote it very elegantly, “So let’s aim to the moon, walk in the darkness together, and catch the glittering stars along the way”. when we were constantly complaining about our life for little things, there she was seeing life as a beautiful happy poem where she actually had to be mad at life. this was all because she learned how to appreciate little blessings that she had. this is how life happens. this how our soul finds happiness. she said it with a huge smile on her face that if I have to have pulmonary fibrosis then I will have happy pulmonary fibrosis.

In spite of a lot of struggling and suffering this little angel saw life as blessings. she loves to paint. she wrote a book titled “MY LITTLE EPIPHANIES”. her positivity is unmatchable. she never afraid of the future. she lived at the moment. she cared about the present, not the future. so she finds happiness in everything she did.
of course, if there is life then there will be depression, sadness, stress. But how we are going to handle it is matters most. just like Aisha did.The most inspiring lady in my life. embrace your inner child. you don’t need society permission. All your problems will vanish if you accept yourself the way you are. Accept your flaws so that you correct yourself. sing, dance, eat. write, paint, do things that make your soul happy.

The life between birth and death is very beautiful. the choices that you make in your life will add more beauty to your life. The choices, whether you choose to forget the past and move on to lead a happy life or cling to your past tightly and regret the entire life is upon you.

The most bitter truth in the world is the death of our loved ones. it is inevitable. we cannot do anything about it but to accept it. But the choices you make after that is what matters most.whether are you going to moaning and whining over their death for years and ruining and wasting your life or accept the fact that they are gone and behave of them doing things they wanted to do in their life, because when you do things on behave of your loved ones it adds beauty to the life. it creates new meaning to life . it gives purpose to live life. it shows the world from a different perspective. you eventually feel the presence of that person everywhere in the world because death can separate them physically but their memories never fade away from you. you can find your lost happiness back.

We can find happiness in everything. happiness is a choice that we made. always remember. As robert frost said in his poem, the choices that you choosen for your life and that has made all the difference.

Always appreciate yourself for the things you have done for your betterment. sometimes self appreciation is the fuel that keep you going.

Always ask yourself HOW HAPPY ARE YOU FROM THE DEPTH OF YOUR SOUL.

Stop worrying about the destination and start enjoy the journey to the destination.

When you stop celebrating other people and start celebrating your inner soul and give respect to your instincts then you will find true meaning of life and you will find what real happiness is…

CELEBRATE YOURSELF AND YOUR EXISTENCE….
